French Teacup Witch's Hat

I almost kept this for myself!
 
These hats are sewn right here at SpellFire.  My hats are interfaced on ALL sides, even the lining to hold it's shape. All parts are sewn, with the brims double stitched to give them some "wave" shape. All hats are reversible unless otherwise stated!
 
This hat features french blue porcelain pattern main side and a matching paisley reverse side (See 2nd photo)
