Morrigan Red Velvet Ritual Cloak

This cloak is amazing and made of high grade velvet. It is fully lined in minky dot black blanket lining.  It features venetian lace down the front and on the oversize hood.  The clasp is made of heavy pewter and is stitched on with over 80 stitches to keep it sturdy for years.  This cloak is for someone 5'8 or shorter.
