Jack-O-Lantern Purse DEPOSIT ONLY **READ DESCRIP**

This is a deposit for this handbag, so that I can order them. We expect them in house by July 10th.  This is a 50.00 deposit toward this bag (non-refundable) If you put this deposit down you agree to the following:
1. You will be responsible for the remaining balance of 49.00 + tax/shipping (8.00) when we receive them
2. If you decide against the bag, we cannot refund you as we used your money to help  purchase the bags.
3. If they arrive and I do not feel they are worthy of 99.00, I will personally lower the price and take the hit, charging a remaining balance of the lower price (although I do not anticipate this)
4. Your order today will ship out as normal MINUS this bag.
5. If the vendor runs out I will fulfill the bag orders in the order received, and will REFUND your deposit in it's entirety if I can't get you one.
This is difficult to do, so please ask questions before you purchase.
