French Teacup Blue Witch's Hat

**Please allow 48 hours for completion of a hat, as they are all sewn as they are ordered**
 
These hats are sewn right here at SpellFire.  My hats are interfaced on ALL sides, even the lining to hold it's shape. All parts are sewn, with the brims double stitched to give them some "wave" shape. All hats are reversible unless otherwise stated!
 
This hat features beautiful french tea cup blue pattern, and a matching french blue paisley reverse side (really pretty as well, see 2nd photo)
