French Cavalier Premium Pirate Hat

This is a beautiful cavalier style hat in french pastels. It measures approx 22-23" in circumference on the inside.  It is completely encrusted in 3D flowers, sequins, buttons, satin bows and accents. It does come with all the feathers shown.  If you want a showstopper hat this is it. Made of wool felt, hand shaped and stitched over and over again to hold it's shape.
