Gothic Skulls Witch Hat

This witch hat is made with a thick sturdy skull/crossbone fabric with a black and gray underside. All my hats are sewn right here by me! Each is completely lined (so reversible) with finished seams. They feature DOUBLE interfacing on both the main and the reverse side fabric of the hat to keep it stiff and hold shape. The openings are approx 22-23"  This is not a cheap costume piece, but a true garment with years of wear in it.
