This witch hat is 100% made right here by me.  People have been asking for a more cost effective hat, so this is it! Still 100% reversible, and made with a cotton universe design material, and a cotton reversible side.  **This is more cost effective, because the interfacing isn't as stiff, and has a crinkle feel to it. If that crinkle feel is going to bother you, go to a higher grade hat**
